●Order information
We accept orders for 24 hours a day.
You can select the products from catalog and make an order through "Buy now"
We guarantee the safety.

●List Price
Price do not include tax, insurance, or freight.

●Minimum order amount
The minimum order amount is USD30 or more.

●Shipping
We ship the products within 10 working days, but the delivery date is varied depends on the destination.
We ship the products with international standard package, which is durable for international shipping.

●Cancellation of orders and return or exchange of products
We cannot accept the cancellation after the sales contract has been concluded.
Nevertheless you want to cancel the order, please contact us.
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges of the products after the delivery.
・In case that you receive different products from your order, please let us know via email within 7 days from the delivery date. We will exchange the products.
・We cannot accept any cancellation of orders or return/exchange of products with following conditions, regardless of the preceding provisions.
 1) Opened or used products.
 2) Products damaged at the customers side.
 3) Products with some parts missing, including packaging (bag/case).
 4) Products customized to your order.
 5) Products shown as "non-returnable" on the catalog.
・In case that you receive the products with apparent defect or different one from your order, we wil owe the transportation cost for the return.
・For returns with other reasons, customer should pay for the transportation fee.

●Warranty
We will not warrant any defects of the products we sold except for the conditions described in the preceding  provisions.

●Arbitration
All conflicts, disputes, and differences of opinion that may arise between parties regarding this contract or related matters and that cannot be settled by the parties themselves shall be finally settled through arbitration in Japan according to commercial arbitration rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Association. Judgments rendered by arbitrators are considered final and binding for both parties.

●Governing Law
As for conclusion, validity, fulfillment and interpretation of this contract are governed by the law of Japan.
